Mr. Steve Ervin

Mr. Steve Ervin has been teaching the Tech Prep Electronics Technology program at the Career Center for twenty years.

Mr. Ervin holds a degree in Electronic Engineering Technology from COTC, with special certifications in Computer Technology, Network Technology, Computer Drafting and Computer Programming. He was awarded his career-tech Teaching License through Ohio Department of Education.

Prior to teaching, Mr. Ervin worked for ten years for both the government and in commercial industry. He started with the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), designing underground control systems used at Dulles Airport in Washington DC, as well as other aeronautical sites around the country.
