Good evening this is Matt Colvin, superintendent of the Coshocton County
Career Center, with four important announcements.

First, our senior passport ceremony will be taking place on Thursday, May
19th in two separate sessions. Our Full Day and a.m. Senior Ceremony will
be at 9:00 a.m. and our afternoon Senior Ceremony will be at 1:00 p.m.
Your son or daughter should have brought home an itinerary of the day
including the times when guests should arrive. In order for seniors to take
part in the Passport ceremony they must be present at the mandatory
practice on Wednesday, May 18th; they must also be in good standing with
grades, attendance, and fees. Juniors will have a remote day on Thursday,
May 19th, students will be expected to login in prior to 10:00 a.m. for
remote attendance. Half day Juniors will be expected to attend their home
schools unless directed otherwise.

Secondly, Wednesday, May 25th is our last day for students. We will have a
2-hour early dismissal on this day. Students who leave, must either drive or
have a ride, buses will run at their regular time of 2:18 p.m.

Thirdly, Chromebook and charger turn in will be on the following dates,
Seniors will be on Friday, May 13th and Juniors will be on Friday, May 20th.
Fourth and finally – Myself and Mrs. Lindsey will be meeting with any
Juniors who are credit deficient and needing to attend summer school at
their home school.
