BACKGROUND CHECKS

The Coshocton County Career Center offers BCI and FBI background checks using the National Webcheck System. 

Background checks are available on weekdays, by appointment times only from 9 a.m. to 11 a.m. at 23640 Airport Road, Coshocton, Ohio. Please schedule your appointment online below, remember times and dates change during summer hours. 

**Time Zone Warning: Be sure your device is set to the correct time zone when scheduling because the calendar below is set to Eastern Time Zone. If your device has the wrong time zone, your calendar will be incorrect. Time Zone issues can be caused by some VPN apps.*** 

Also, if there is inclement weather – please check the Coshocton County Career Center Website for school closings. If the building is closed, please call or reschedule your background check. 

What to bring:

1. Valid photo ID (Driver’s License or State ID) 

2. Payment: cash, credit card or money order payable to Coshocton County Career Center. 

*BCI (Ohio Background Check ) = $35.00 

*FBI (Federal Background Check) = $35.00 

*Both BCI and FBI = $65.00 ($5.00 savings when done together)

*If you are doing this for employment and your employer is paying the fee, please bring a paper from the employer requesting the background check and authorizing the CCCC to invoice the employer. 

 

*BCI Background Checks may only be processed for the reasons listed in the link below. Your employer or organization must provide you with the reason code for your BCI Check. Due to regulations in effect, CCCC is unable to provide your reason code.
