Mr. Andy Slaughter

Professional Bio
Mr. Slaughter graduated from Muskingum University in 2011 with a B.A. in History and a Minor
in Political Science. He then completed his Master’s Degree in the Art of Teaching at
Muskingum University in 2012.  He has taught Social Studies and coached high school
basketball for 11 years.” I am excited to move from the classroom into administration here at the
Coshocton County Career Center”. Mr. Slaughter will be finishing his Master’s Degree in
Educational Leadership in 2022 from Western Governors University. 

Personal Bio
Mr. Slaughter has been married for 20 years this November to his wife, Angie.  They have 4
children, Taylar, Ryley, Colton, and AJ. Taylar is a sophomore at Kent State studying in their
Pre-Law program, Ryley will be attending the Coshocton County Career Center as a senior in
the Culinary Arts program, Colton is a junior at New Philadelphia High School, and AJ will be a
7th grader at Welty Middle School in New Philadelphia. In his free time Mr. Slaughter enjoys
watching basketball and football and spending time with his family. “I am a proud Buckeye and
Browns fan as well as a Duke basketball fan!”
